Want to raise a support request from HELM? Follow the below steps:
1) Log into your HELM.
2) Click on the
'HELM Extensions' link.

3) Click on the
'Request Support' link.

4) Select your domain name from the dropdown list, if applicable.
5) Fill in the
'Subject' and
'Text' as per your requirements and finally hit the submit button.
No sooner you are done with the above, we will receive a support request on your behalf and you will be sent the details on how to access that ticket via our online helpdesk at your email address.
