I also have a website and dial-up service through MICRODSI.NET.
My website has disappeared.
In the meantime, I've moved and have tried unsuccessfully for over two weeks to contact customer service by phone to discuss alternate dial-up numbers and/or an upgrade to my service.
No one answers the phone; no one returns my phone messages; no one answers my email messages to
rob@microdsi.net although they are not returned to me; even the ISP website, which posts a list of regional dial-up numbers, has disappeared so I can't find a number in my area to dial up on.
The kicker is my credit card is automaticlly billed each month for this service!
Oddly enough, webmail still works.
If anyone has news to report, please report it.
