How to change the IP address of a domain in WHM:
1) Login to Web Host Manager.
2) Go to Account Function Change site’s IP address.
3) Select the IP from list of available IP’s.
4) Click on save.

It's nice information....I found this site http://www.whoisxy.com/ping.aspx for ping test at free of cost...
