Is there any easy way to show video on my website (without using Youtube code)?

You can use Adobe Flash to convert your video to FLV format and then insert to your homepage as an object. There are some software which does that such as A4Desk Video Player , another named Flv-player, you can give them a try. They mainly convert your video into FLV format, then use a video player template to play the video on your webpage

I am sure it is possible for you to show video in your own website without using Youtube. Just digg the internet what are the software being used to do this application.
