Hi, you may not be getting a lot of traffic from your site appearing on the 2nd page of results for any one of these reasons.

1. The keywords you are ranking there do not get a lot of queries.
2. The 2nd page isn't bad but the first page would probably help a lot more. 3. MSN doesn't have the traffic that Google and to a lesser extent Yahoo has.

There are some online tools like keyword position checker in iwebtool, webconfs, etc, which can check your position for a specified keyword in any Search engines.
