As soon as the new IP addresses were changed over I've lost 99.9% business due to my search engine rankings. I hope this will come back on the next Google and Yahoo dance at the end of the month.

Hello Bill,

Change of ip address wont have any impact on pagerank as they are assigned based on your domain name; however, if you move your domain to a different class ip range, then it may affect your rankings. If your site has top google rankings, it is advisable to move your server within the same c class ip range itself.
