Wordpress Error: Call to undefined function

Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_theme_page() in /home1/user/public_html/wp-content/themes/default/functions.php on line 153

We have a client having an issue with the wordpress installation (2.7.1). His domain is hosted on Linux server with PHP 5.1.x. He installed wordpress and tried to login for the first time. He received the following error on his admin page:

Access Denied Error from phpMyAdmin via WHM (cPanel)

We have a client having Linux dedicated server with WHM- Cpanel installed. He was receiving this error when trying to login to phpmyadmin.

Access Denied for root (with password: yes)

There is a very simple solution to this.

From web host manager, under SQL Services click MySQL Root Password. Enter in a password and save it.

We have a client having a domain hosted on Linux/Apache based server. We offer cpanel with fantastico for this type of hosting.

He first installed wordpress on his domain. But he had some errors on it. So he removed the wordpress installation manually (deleted files and database) and tried to install wordpress again using fantastico. However, he was receiving the following...

One of our client was trying to install version 1.5.1 and. After the successful installation, he only saw a blank white page. Same thing happened when tried to go to the Administrator area. Then, when we go to the Home page, we were getting the following 404 component not found error page:
