Hello All,

One need to perform below mentioned steps to set bypass Greylisting service for a domain from SmarterMail interface:

From SmarterMail Admin:
1) Login into the SmarterMail Admin user.
2) Search the domain name.
3) Click on Edit Domain from action drop down menu of the domain.
4) Go to technical menu bar.
5) Select Check box against ‘Bypass Greylisting’
6) Click on save button.

From Domain Admin:
1) Login into the domain admin email account.
2) Click on default user settings from domain settings menu.
3) Select Check box against ‘Bypass Greylisting’
4) Click on save button.
