i registered as a free web hosting services here for now.
i have a problem with the mail.

when a user is registering, after he puts all the registration info in the registration page, he clicks submit and gets an error.

also when a registered memeber is using private messeges inside the forum he gets the same error.

this is the error:

i searched on the web for solutions, and i found a lot of articles that are saying that this kins of error is occuring only when the host (accuwebhosting in this case) had disabled the PHP sendmail function.
and one option is to ask him to open it, and if not i can always use:

Use SMTP Server for email:
SMTP Server Address
SMTP Username
SMTP Password

but in anycase i cant work this out
please help me its urgent.
