    Hi Eric,

You can switch to PHP version 5 by login to your HELM control panel area. Below are the exact steps:

    1. Login to HELM control panel. (Helm : The Web Hosting Control System)
    2. Click on ‘Domains’ icon.
    3. Click on ‘Website Settings’ icon.
    4. Select PHP version 5 under ‘Website Extensions’ section.
    5. Click Save button to submit the changes.

Please re-check the phpinfo() page after following these steps to make sure the version has been switched properly.
