I think it would be a good idea for you to post any problems that may be current, on the Accuweb web site. If a mail or web server goes down users could go there first to check the status.

For example, this afternoon I could not send an email from my account. The return message said the mail server was "too busy". This has happened several times with mail since we started hosting with Accuweb. It would be conveniant to check a page on the site to see the status of the problem, and an esimated time for recovery.

Hello John,

Thank you for your suggestion. We're planning to offer Service Status of individual server inside the account manager.

This service will be available shortly.

Regarding the recent mail server issue, the raid HDD built up took sometime to reboot the server.
