New to AccuHosting - please help set up

Hi,
I have a registered domain wither another provider and signed up with AccuWeb using the "change name server" option while signing up.

The plan I have signed up on is starter, 2 yr plan with 1 yr subscription to website builder.

Please advise me on how I get my website up and running. I enter http://www.lcac.org.au and the page goes to my previous provider's main page.

Do I need to activate anything? Do I get software (website builder) sent to my email etc (eg. users manual etc..)?

Basically I would really appreciate someone advising me of the step-by-step process in getting everything up and running. (I understand how to make a website and uploading files etc..)

You will have to change the nameservers of your domain as I have mentioned below in order to point your domain to our server:

Primary nameserver:- ns1.accuwebhosting.biz – 72.18.135.5
Secondary nameserver:- ns2.accuwebhosting.biz – 72.18.135.39

You can change the nameservers of your domain by login into the domain control panel area or you can directly contact the domain registrar of your domain PlanetDomain to change them on behalf of you. Also, kindly be informed that the nameservers changes will take 24 to 48 hours to propagate across the globe.. Until then, you can manage your domain using the below mentioned temporary URL:

Hi John,

I have received the username and password for the Website Builder.

I don't have full access for the features, please advise what package I am on (Silver, Gold etc..) as I was under the impression that the 1 year full website subscripton included in my Webhosting package is so that I can access all features of the Website Builder.

At present I can only pick certain templates (that are not "locked") and can only use the pictures provided. I am unable make any modications and as such, I am in sense unable to make my own personal webpage. The access I have on the Website Builder is identical to that of the Test Drive option available.

Your response will be appreciated.

Hence, you will not be able to add more pages. If you have requirement to design more pages then you can upgrade your current website builder package.
